Responde exclusivamente a los números de WhatsApp que la empresa cliente da de alta. Cualquier otro mensaje se ignora.
Privacidad por diseño
Acceso de solo lectura, cifrado en tránsito, servidores en la Unión Europea para clientes europeos y sin uso de los datos para entrenar modelos.
Cómo funciona
El asistente usa la plataforma WhatsApp Business de Meta para recibir y enviar mensajes, el modelo de lenguaje Claude de Anthropic para entender las preguntas y redactar las respuestas, y conectores de solo lectura (Microsoft 365 u otros) para consultar los datos de la empresa. Todo el tratamiento de datos se describe en nuestra Política de Privacidad; el uso del servicio se rige por los Términos de Servicio. Axentra AI Logistics builds assistants that answer a company's operational questions over WhatsApp using the company's own data: shipments, contracts, sales, margins, reminders.
Contact usCompany data, not the internet
The assistant only reads the files and systems the company authorises (for example, reports in Microsoft 365) and cites where every figure comes from. If a figure is not there, it says so.
Authorised users only
It replies exclusively to the WhatsApp numbers registered by the client company. Any other message is ignored.
Privacy by design
Read-only access, encryption in transit, EU-based servers for European clients and no use of the data to train AI models.
How it works
The assistant uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to receive and send messages, Anthropic's Claude language model to understand questions and write answers, and read-only connectors (Microsoft 365 or others) to query the company's data. All data processing is described in our Privacy Policy; use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service. To have your data erased, see the data deletion instructions.
